See your case numbers and statuses in our Support Center!

Go to support.endpointclinical.com and click "login" in the top right corner.
 
  • If this is your first time here, then you will need to click "Create an Account" to setup your access.
  • Use "Forgot Your Password" if you have an account but need to reset the password.

When logged in, use the "My Cases" button at the top right to see the cases you submitted.

If you need to follow-up on a case with an email or attachment, then click the "I still have an issue with this case" button" at the top. The reply will append the information into the case and reopen it if resolved.

If you have more than one email address, you can click "My Profile" to add an additional email. You will receive an email to the address, which you then need to verify before you can see the cases.
