Account Lockout

After multiple failed attempts to log into the endpoint system, the system will automatically lock you out for security purposes.  Your account automatically unlocks thirty (30) minutes after your last unsuccessful attempt, so you should be able to log in again when the lockout period expires.  

If you do not remember your password and would like to reset it, please use the "Forgot login?" link on the sign in page. The system will ask for your username and email address associated with the account. This process will send you a new temporary password that will allow you to sign in after the lockout period expires.
