Non-English support

All written requests MUST be submitted in English.

endpoint Clinical provides phone language support via approved language Interpreter service.  This service allows our support team personnel to promptly conference in a third party translator onto the line to assist with language translations in 170+ languages. We will need you to provide the name of the language you need and your phone number during your call to support. 

If you are unable to request the language to our team, you may send an email using the template below to support@endpointclinical.com and we will return your call. If the issue affects patient safety or if patient is waiting, then please also call our support team at the number listed here: https://www.endpointclinical.com/help-desk/
